Welcome

Chudography is a unique health and wellness movement taking a holistic approach to support your physical and emotional well-being. A practice which has developed and evolved for over a decade in treatment rooms and studios, using the knowledge and skills from Dance, Sports Massage, Pilates, Yoga and Craniosacral Therapy. Each ‘service’ offers its own experience but is grounded in the core intentions of developing and growing our sense of  SAFETY, finding more STILLNESS, and developing connections through building COMMUNITY.

A Feelingful Approach to Mind, Body and Wellbeing

My approach works to re-establish the vital connection between the mind and body. The thoughts of the mind are reflected in the tensions and restrictions of the body. Aches, pains, and system imbalances will steer and influence our thoughts and behaviours. We can’t heal when the mind and body are disconnected.

Thought

Craniosacral Therapy provides a holistic approach to your physical and emotional wellbeing. Craniosacral Therapy works on the principle of inherent health, that no matter the situation there is potential for the body to heal itself from both physical and emotional pain, stress and trauma. A feelingful experience facilitated through the therapist's gentle and intuitive touch, guiding you and the physiological systems back to safety and balance promoting optimal health.

 

Talking Therapy. When words are the wisdom, channel your wisdom into actions. Explore and understand the root cause of your emotional and situational challenges in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

Movement

Movement shows us that there is life. Our Yoga and Pilates classes are accessible for everybody, every body and every ability. Classes promote the physical benefits of strength, flexibility and mobility, as well as mindfulness. One-to-one sessions are available for beginners, enjoyment, goal-orientated practice and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Classes are available at Lockmeadow Gym, the YMCA and The Village. Memberships required.

 

Together Online is our online community where you can practice yoga from the comfort of your own home.

Education

A sensitive but effective approach to Sports Massage for relaxation, maintenance, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Feel, learn and develop awareness of how to support your body to move freely, efficiently and without pain during your sporting activities and in everyday life.

Transform the way you think about your emotions with our Feelingful Workshops. I will facilitate and guide you through a transformative journey of self-discovery, helping you to cultivate greater self awareness, build empathy for others, and develop more meaningful connections. Whether you are looking to enrich your personal life or improve your professional skills, our workshops provide the tools and insights you need to succeed.

Don’t be mistaken by my seemingly calm exterior, my carefree attitude and the thoughts of ‘I bet he never gets stressed.’ What you see is the result of over a decade of work, of constant awareness, reflection and management about how I choose to interact and react to the world. Life is stressful and challenging because there is so much of it that we have no control over, but through my vast experience of working in understanding the mind/body connection I have mastered strategies in how to cope and manage better. I would love to share this experience with you. Pick the service that best for your needs, and we’ll collaborate and explore, empowering you with the awareness, knowledge and skills to support your own physical and emotional health and wellbeing. I’m not here to do the work for you, or to tell you what you should be doing. I want to offer new choices, possibilities and perspectives, supporting you in your sense and strength of agency.
