About Me
My work is about creating a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with yourself.
My Story
Don't be mistaken by my seemingly calm exterior, carefree attitude, or the thought, "I bet he never gets stressed." What you see is not the absence of stress, but the result of years of awareness, reflection, and actively working with the relationship between body mind, stress and lived experience.
Over the past decade, I have worked with people who appear to be coping on the outside, while privately carrying stress, overwhelm, grief, trauma, physial tension, or the effects of long term responsibility.
As a Craniosacral Therapist, Counsellor, Sports Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, I bring together comprehensive experience in nervous system wellbeing, bodywork, movement, touch, emotional awareness and self understanding.
My intention is not to "fix" you or tell you what you should be doing. I offer a calm, collaborative space where you can better understand what you may be carrying and being to support yourself in a different way.
"Calm does not always mean untouched by stress."

My Approach
I don't believe your symptoms define you. And I don't believe healing comes from forcing yourself to push. My work is about creating enough safety for you to become curious.
Curious about your body
What is it holding? What is it protecting? What is it asking you to notice?
Curious about your patterns
The ways you cope, tense, brace, please, push through, or disconnect often have a story.
Curious about your experience
Your body and mind are not separate from the life you have lived.
Curious about change
When we understand ourselved differently, we often begin responding to ourselves differently too.
