Sports Massage

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is about more than easing tight muscles. My approach combines hands on treatment with an understanding of how the nervous system influences pain, tension, recovery, and movement. Whether you're recovering from exercise, managing the effects of desk-based work, or simply feeling restricted by everyday aches and stiffness, every treatment is tailored to your individual needs. 

Alongside clinic appointments, I also provide on-site Sports Massage for businesses. Workplace sessions are an effective way to support employee wellbeing, helping reduce muscular tension, ease the physical effects of desk-based work, and encourage healthier, happier teams. I bring all the equipment needed, making it simple to incorporate into wellbeing days or ongoing staff support programmes.

Yoga

Yoga

Yoga is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and develop greater awareness of how you move, breathe, and respond to life. Rather than striving for the perfect pose, the focus is on meeting yourself where you are. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, yoga can support both physical wellbeing and a calmer, more regulated nervous system. 
 

You can join me for classes at Natural Fit Health Club, the YMCA, and Lockmeadow Health Club all in Maidstone, or become part of our online community through Together Online. Check social media for the latest class offering. 

Wherever you choose to practise, my aim is to create a welcoming space where you can move with awareness, build confidence, and enjoy the many benefits of yoga. 
 

Alongside regular classes, I also offer bespoke yoga sessions for businesses, delivered either in the workplace or online. These sessions are designed to support employee wellbeing, reduce stress, and encourage movement throughout the working day. For organisations with limited space or time, chair yoga offers a convenient and accessible option, allowing participants to experience the benefits of yoga without needing to change clothes or use a yoga mat.

Sometimes we don't need someone to solve our problems. We need someone to help us make sense of them. 
 

Counselling offers a space where you can speak openly, without judgement or pressure to have all the answers. Together we can explore what's been happening, understand the patterns that keep showing up, and begin finding a way forward that feels right for you. 
 

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, grieving, or simply not quite yourself, our work starts with curiosity rather than criticism.

My workshops combine practical learning with opportunities to reflect, discuss, and apply what you've learned in a supportive environment. Whether we're exploring stress, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, resilience, or wellbeing, the aim is to leave with more than just information. You'll leave with practical tools, greater self-awareness, and a deeper understanding of how your mind and body work together. 

Workshops can be tailored for businesses, community groups, and private organisations, and are available both in person and online.
