Craniosacral
Therapy

A gentle, hands-on therapy that supports your nervous system and helps release tension held deep within the body.

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, body based therapy that explores the relationship between stress, the nervous system, physical tension, emotions and lived experience.

Life can place many demands on us, and sometimes stress, overwhelm, illness, injury, difficult experiences, or long periods of coping can become carried in the body in ways we may not immediately recognise.

This may show up as physical tension, jaw clenching, headachches, poor sleep, difficulty switching off, exhaustion, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Using gentle touch and a supportive therapeutic approach, Craniosacral Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and better understand what your body may be communicating.

Every experience is different. Sessions may include quiet, conversation, stillness, body awareness, nervous system regulation, reflection, or simply noticing what is happening within your experience.

What happens in a session?

You will remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment couch. Using gentle touch, I tune into subtle rhythms of your body and listen for areas of restriction or tension.

The aim is not to maniuplate or force change, but to support your body's own ability to release and restore balance.

Gentle, non-invasive touch
